With a background in lettings, property consultancy, B2B business development, and investment property, he has grown INTENT from a single-service London business into a multi-division UK and UAE group, supported by the proprietary EXTENT platform. His vision drives everything the company does.

Kyran Hopcroft solely runs the UK operations of INTENT Group, holding full responsibility for ensuring the business operates smoothly and efficiently across every division, every client, and every instruction. Day to day he manages the teams, the systems, and the standards that keep UK operations performing at the level our clients expect. His oversight spans the full scope of UK delivery, from residential inventories and snagging through to construction quality programmes and commercial asset inspections. As the group has grown, his role has grown with it, and his commitment to operational precision is one of the defining reasons INTENT has been able to scale without ever compromising on quality.
